Return policy

Order Cancellation

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of order completion, and you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your order more than 24 hours after submission, you will receive an 80% refund of the order amount.

If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Returns

We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. We need a receipt or proof of purchase for returns. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer. Customers only need to pay a maximum of $20 for return shipping (including return shipping); there are no handling fees for returns.

Refunds

We will notify you by email after receiving and inspecting your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically return the funds to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Refund Delay or No Refund Received

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; the refund may take some time to arrive. Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time to arrive. If you have completed all the above steps but still have not received your refund, please contact us.
